About me

Graduated in occupational therapy from Paris University

doriane ergotherapie occupational therapist amsterdam

My story as an Occupational therapist in Amsterdam

I began my career in adult neurology and then continued my practice in a paediatric department at the Paris Est Saint Maurice Hospital, where I worked with children suffering from rare pathologies. At the same time, I worked at the Centre de Référence des Malformations des Membres, where I had the opportunity to write scientific articles on occupational therapy practice with this population.

I arrived in Amsterdam at the beginning of 2023, and I was very pleased to resume my work as an occupational therapist in Amsterdam at “La Maison de la Santé”.
My practice as an occupational therapist mainly focuses on pediatric care, particularly for children with learning disabilities, ADHD, developmental delays, and autism spectrum disorders.

Since occupational therapy supports people at all stages of life, I also assist adults with motor and sensory disorders.

No matter the person’s age, my goal remains the same: to promote autonomy in all activities that the person needs or likes to do.
